The new timings have been issued - Try to arrive so that you are there at the earliest entry times.
The M25/M1 route frequently has accidents and other hold ups and the M3 has closures.
The A34/A421 route tends to be less problematic.
This is a link to the Tumblers competition schedule. Copying the schedule into the email is often messy and difficult to read. Even so the information is best accessed from a laptop/PC or a tablet.
Decorate your number
Each tumbler has a competition number. There are prizes for the best and for the unusual etc. decorated number
The numbers should be A4 in size and readable at a distance of 10 meters (the judges). NO GLITTER!!!

In exceptional emergencies try voice phone on the understanding that I cannot take calls whilst with tumblers and hearing in the gym environment is practically impossible.
Be aware once the tumblers are with the group in the gym THEM ARE NOT ALLOWED BACK OUT UNTIL THE DISPERSAL TIME except in an emergency.

Teams will be Minis, Junior, Senior.
Teams are age banded, all members must be competing in the same band i.e., not a mixture of Minis & Juniors. The competition organisers may decide to combine bands
Mixed gender and single gender teams will compete against each other.
Max 4 per team - top 3 scores count from each run.
You may enter more than one team in an age band. (E.G. Team A / Team B)
Teams must have a minimum of nine scoring runs.
A Team trophy & medals will be awarded to the gold winners.
Each competitor will also be taking part as individuals at the appropriate age group.
It is not necessary to be in a team to compete.
Medals will also be presented at individual age group level
