Competition Groups

A. If there is only one competitor in a particular competitive group of a different sex to the other competitors then the sexes are combined.

This enables the gymnast to compete rather than turn up and get a medal.

This won't apply in a competition to qualify for a next level competition. e.g. the regional Prelims for National Finals.
